Life of Pi - Simply Laughable
This image is not really a scene from the book, but a recurring topic Pi talks about.
I posted this image before, it was the first image I did for the competition. The ship sinks and Pi finds himself in a life boat with a zebra, a tiger, a hyena and an orang utan.

I saw some of Tomislav Torjanac's winning illustrations and they are vibrant and beautiful, but I truly prefer the dramatic elegance of your work. Very nicely done. Thanks for sharing.
